Mr. Peck began his legal career working for a business law firm that specialized in franchise Law, and business litigation. In true entreprenurial fashion, in 1996 Mr. Peck started his own business and property law practice. In 1998, the firm relocated to its current location.

Since that time, Mr. Peck has represented hundreds of entreprenuers like himself, corporations, and investors and has personally completed over 2,000 commercial and residential real estate closings.

Mr. Peck also has served as legal counsel to a number of regional and national banking institutions, including Capital Bank, Wachovia Bank, RBC Centura Bank, Temecula Valley Bank, Banco Popular, and SouthTrust Bank, for commercial and SBA loan transactions. His passions include hockey, fly fishing, mountain biking, and ACC football.
